Can You Eat Just One???
Sunday I went by the grocery store for one item. I had no cash on me as usual so I told the Girl Scout the problem. She was ok and happy I had stopped to talk. I went in, got what I needed and used my debit card (the new cash in my life). I never noticed the question "would you like cash back" on the debit machine before. Of course I would notice today because there was a little girl outside who I had to tell "NO" and she had something I didn't want to say "NO" to. Sooooo, I waited a few seconds and quickly pressed "yes" for cash back. I went outside and bought a box of my favorite (Samoas) and Nic's favorite (Tagalongs). I try to tell myself "I will only eat one a day until they are gone, that's not too bad ". The truth is, I am lucky if I only put one in my mouth at a time! Ok, so I'm not that bad but I really like them!! How about you? Do you eat Girl Scout cookies? What is your favorite kind? Can you eat just one?

Ok. My favorite is Thin Mints. I ahve a question for you. When you say eat one, do you mean one box? Because that's what I eat when I sit down with Thin Mint Girl Scout Cookies! I can't put the box down!
That song is on Selah's "Bless the Broken Road" album. They sing it with Nicole Nordeman.
I love the Cafe Cookies. They are like biscotti in cookie form - so cinnamony & yummy. When dipped in coffe, they melt in your mouth. I too had the same experience with the cash machine in Publix on Friday. Oh, I also love tagalongs. I have the unfortunate blessing/curse of self-discipline when it comes to food. So, Brian finished two (yes 2) boxes of tagalongs in less than 3 days. On my Publix excursion, I bought a box and hid them. HAHAHAHAHA (in a sinister laugh), they are all mine. SHHHH, DON'T TELL!
I love Thin Mints that have been placed in the freezer and then dipped in milk.... that is how I grew up eating them. I also enjoy the Samoas. Yumm!! I know that I will eat them all in 2 days and thus will not buy any. It helps that right now we do not have any little girls in the church that can twist my arm to buy some.
YAY! I try to do the one-a-day rule too...plus, that way they're not gone so fast. My favorites are samoas, tagalongs, and the shortbread ones (can't recall the name off the top of my head but I have some in the kitchen cabinet!).
